Road crime is real crime
Following the announcement that the Government is reviewing cycling offences, today we’ve launched our campaign for a review of all unsafe behaviour on our roads. It is long overdue. Take the case of cyclist Lee Martin, knocked down and killed by van driver Christopher Gard, who was texting behind the wheel. Gard had already been caught using his phone whilst driving on six previous occasions – but had been allowed to retain his licence. Support our action for an urgent review of road traffic laws.
