This week’s Good Cycling Facility is a two-way protected cycleway with a floating bus stop in Stratford, London.

This road was formerly part of the Stratford gyratory system, but has been converted to two-way flow for motor traffic, with the addition of protected cycleways. This two-way cycleway passes a bus stop on a new island, with a zebra crossing for pedestrian priority to and from the bus stop.

Belisha beacons and zig-zag markings are not required for formal zebra crossings on cycleways.
