This year’s ride will start in Regent’s Park (Chester Road) and end at the Town Hall, Judd Street (with an extension back to Regents Park for those who want to be escorted back to the start). This will be the 11th edition of our popular and much loved bike ride but on a new and simpler route. It will start at 11 a.m. with bike checks from 10:30 for those who want them.
There will be a feeder from Sidings Community Centre NW6 2BA starting at 10am if people want to ride to Regents Park in a group.
We’ll call it “Round Camden” rather than “All Round Camden” because we won’t see all of Camden this time.
This ride was established in 2007 as the Camden Peripherique and re-named All Round Camden a couple of years ago.
What kind of bike ride is this?
This is a friendly, easy-paced bike ride that covers about 14 miles and gives you the chance to enjoy some of Camden’s wonderful sights and scenery.
The ride will be led by John Chamberlain, marshalled by Camden Cyclists and Camden Council cycling instructors and accompanied by the police
The ride is free and you do not need to register – simply turn up on the day with your bike!
Who is it suitable for?
This ride is suitable for those with a range of cycling abilities who feel comfortable cycling on the road as part of a group. Under 16s must be accompanied by a responsible adult. Please bring plenty of water, snacks for along the way, and a bike lock.
