Meet 1:45pm at Sidings Community Centre, 150 Brassey Road, London, NW6 2BA for 2pm start. 10.5 mile round trip. Back by 5pm
Leisurely ride suitable for families, children, cycling beginners and those lacking confidence. This is an opportunity to get out on your bike with friendly, like minded people for a gentle ride around some of the parks in Brent, places where you can take the children without encountering too much traffic. All of the parks allow “responsible cycling”. Two of the parks have nice cafés.
We will also need experienced cyclists to help with those less confident.
Children are welcome and encouraged but must be accompanied by a responsible adult (18+).

COVID-19 – you should not come on this ride if you are displaying symptoms of Covid-19 or think you have it. The safety of our volunteers and participants is important to us. Please make sure you are following the latest government guidance in regards to covid-19.
We will keep everyone as safe as possible by observing all the Covid Regulations. Most importantly we will be maintaining routinely a 2m social distance, never less than 1m. It is particularly important to maintain social distancing from other users on shared paths. We will always give way to pedestrians and to other cyclists so all path users can maintain 1-2 m and feel safe. Please bring a face mask Just in case we need them.
