Meet at Sidings Community Centre, 150 Brassey Road West Hampstead London NW6 2BA at 2:15 for a 2:30 start. A leisurely ride taking in three stops for ice creams (or refreshing beverage).
The first stage to the Golders Hill Park Refreshment café involves a challenging uphill ride and then enters Sandy Lane on West Heath.
The second stage starts with a climb to Spaniards Road, then follows the main cycle path on the west of Hampstead Heath via South End Green, across Queens Crescent and out onto Haverstock Hill. Marine Ices is no longer in Chalk Farm so we will try out another new ice cream parlour in Primrose Hill.
The third stage to a refreshment stop at Regents Park Broadwalk Café is all downhill.
The final stage back to the Sidings uses The Regents Canal to Lisson Grove and back through St Johns Wood.

Children are welcome and encouraged but must be accompanied by a responsible adult (18+).

COVID-19 – The safety of our volunteers and participants is important to us. You should not come on this ride if you are displaying symptoms of COVID-19 or think you may have it. Please make sure you are following the latest government guidance in regards to COVID-19. Please bring a face mask just in case we visit a café or other place that requires them.
