Short afternoon family ride from Sidings Community Centre to Regents Park and back via The Regents Canal.
Sunday 28th February 2016. Meet at Sidings Community Centre at 1:45pm for a prompt start at 2:00pm. Come and dust off the winter cobwebs and get those legs and heart pumping again. Wear warm clothing. We will have refreshments at the Garden Cafe on the Inner Circle in Regents Park.
