CCC’s response

CCC generally support the measures, especially the extension of the 20 mph limit. We ask that the speed cushions on Swains Lane be replaced by full-width humps or speed tables, as is planned for St Albans Road, as cushions have the bad effect of causing motor vehicles to swerve to straddle them, possibly endangering cyclists.
