CCC’s response

Camden Cycling Campaign whole-heartedly supports the proposed entry treatment for Greville Road. However, we do not support the use of LCN+ money for this scheme, given that the primary beneficiaries are pedestrians, with cyclists only incidentally benefitting. You claim that it “will improve safety for cyclists”, but no evidence is provided that there is a particular safety issue for them here. We are also surprised that no reference is made to the consideration of this junction undertaken as part of the CRISP process for Link 31.
