Talacre Road and Prince of Wales Road.
Convert 8 residents parking bays to Pay and display for short stay (1 hour) for visitors to the sports centre. Related to Dalby Street Development.

CCC’s response
The change of use of parking bays in Talacre Road and Prince of Wales Road will not have any direct impact on cycling.
However, we oppose the proposals because we believe they are not practical for the following reasons.
Regarding the Pay and Display Bays for users of the Sports Centre:
- 1 hour is not an adequate amount of time for anyone to go to use facilities at the Sports Centre.
- drop offs will be able to be done via Dalby Street
– the location will not be convenient at times when the Gardens are closed.
In addition, the doctors parking bay is probably further away than one of the ones to be replaced.
