Camden Council proposes a 20mph limit in Englands lane and Primrose Hill Road.
They are also proposing alterations to the parking layout close to the junction of the two roads and restricting loading times to reduce congestion.

The Camden Cycling Campaign strongly supports the introduction of a 20mph speed limit on this road (or any roads)
We also agree with your proposed changes in parking bays. We would like to suggest that you consider introducing some on-road bicycle parking along the motorcycle parking . We also note that England’s Lane is often congested because of parking by delivery vehicles.
