Brian Deegan: The Cycling Theory of Everything – from network planning to scheme design

Camden Cyclists Members Monthly Meeting 17th Nov 2014 Brian Deegan is the Principal Technical Specialist – Cycling – at TFL, but until last year he worked for Camden and designed the improvements to Royal College Street which we all appreciate. His comprehensive approach to cycling design can be seen in the London Cycling Design Standards (2nd edition).
