It refers to ‘improvements’ on Holloway Road between Seven Sisters Road and Camden Road. e.g. 1.5 m cycle lanes and ASLs. The cycle lanes are not continuous and are only 1.5 m wide; they run beside parking and loading and round the outside of bus stops. The junctions do nothing to avoid cyclists suffering from ‘left hooks’ or to simplify turning right. staggered pedestrian crossings. In addition, TfL is currently studying schemes to remove the gyratory and there seems to be no allowance for this in the junction designs. REPLIED 31 Dec 2013.
