Ridgmount Gardens is one way northbound between Chenies Street and Torrington Place.
The proposal is to provide contraflow cycling. A small number of parking spaces will be removed so that a short entry cycle lane can be provided at Torrington Place and a short protected exit cycle lane at Chenies Street. Cycle logos will be marked to indicate southbound cycling.
The drawing fails to show any signage (No entry except cycles at one end and two-way cycling at the other end).
