Jane, Stefano and other helpers had the stall set up by 8 am. This time CCC was joined by members of Camden’s Good Going Team, who brought new free gifts including sunglasses, water bottles and snap on yellow strips.
This year we had a continuous stream of visitors until we closed down shortly after 10 am. We were able to distribute many, many of the Tfl maps in addition to the croissants, bananas and other edible goodies.
We think there must have been about 200 who stopped, including a posse from Barnet cyclists, parents with children on the way to school, councillors Maya da Souza and Keith Sedgewick and as usual, Jon Snow dropped by.
