At last, the risk to cyclists from left-turning motor vehicles has been removed.
Counts continued to be higher than the previous year until July 2017. Then they levelled off. Low counts coincide with bad weather in Feb and Mar 2018.
Inspector recommends not making the traffic order permanent; Camden might consider westbound for motors.
