The proposals would remove parking where it obstructs buses or is close to junctions and speed cushions would be replaced by full width sinusoidal humps. Although we support some of them the proposals for Parkhill and Lawn Roads may make things worse and an opportunity to greatly improve Fleet Road for cycling is being missed.
